Paid Marketing Intern

In tight relationship with the Marketing Executive your role will be to:

  • Participate in marketing campaigns execution and reporting 
  • Coordinate with suppliers for events and activation management
  • Provide day-to-day support to the marketing team at large
  • Prepare compelling reports for brands and partners

You are able to work independently to meet the demands of the business and ready to become an active member at Feel22 from a marketing point of view. Order Processor

In tight relationship with the Stock Supervisor and under the supervision of the Operations Manager your role will be to:

  • Handle orders processing from warehouse based on pick ticket
  • Compare and inspect physical items pulled with respect to the pick ticker
  • Pack orders as required by item and delivery type
  • Prepare and deliver order to shipment area
  • Ensure that orders are staged correctly for each delivery

You are able to work independently to meet the demands of the business and ready to become a subject matter expert from Feel22's point of view in terms of order management. Night-Shift Customer Service Representative

This position requires working hours from 4:00PM to midnight 

In tight relationship with the Customer Service Lead and under the supervision of the Operations Manager your role will be to:

  • Provide an amazing experience to each of our customers - no copy/paste replies but only personalized answers sent with love and care
  • Solve day-to-day customer concerns and issues through WhatsApp - Phone - Email and social media platforms
  • Analyze customer feedback and work towards enhancing customer experience through your own ideas - be their voice internally
  • Thrive to make feel22 the best customer experience in the country!
