MASK 6: DEEP CLEAN MASK
This mask has lemon and apple cider vinegar, both known for helping to eliminate excess oils, additionally, lemon acts as an astringent. Yogurt is moisturizing while also helping to wash away any excess oil and build-up in the hair.
1/2 cup of plain yogurt 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon of lemon, diluted with 2 tablespoons of water.Mix all the ingredients together. If you want a deep clean, but also suffer from dry hair, add 1 tablespoon of honey as well. Apply all over, focusing on scalp, massaging it into your scalp in gentle circular motions. Leave on for 1 minute, then rinse away!
MASK 7: OIL CONTROL MASK
Strawberries are packed with vitamin C, which helps control oil and helps wash it away. They are also good for regulating your skin’s pH. The yogurt is moisturizing while also helping to wash away any excess oil and build-up in the hair. Get 5-7 ripe strawberries 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Place the strawberries into a food processor and blend well. Add this puree to the yogurt and apple cider vinegar. Apply to your hair, focusing on scalp and the hair above your ears. Leave it on for 2-3 minutes and rinse away. Like with the banana mask, I suggest well blending the strawberries in this mask.

NAIL SOAK RECIPES
___________________________________________
SOAK 1: NAIL GROWTH BOOSTER
Brittle, peeling and weak nails are one of the most common complaints and often cause nails to break before they can grow long. The orange juice is packed with Vitamin C that promotes the production of collagen and folic acids that aid in nail growth. Garlic is known to naturally strengthen nails, and is even found in some store-bought nail hardeners. For this soak you just need 15 minutes and 1/2 cup Orange Juice + 1 clove Crushed Garlic.
SOAK 2: NAIL WHITENER
Use Half of a Lemon,1 cup Water, 1 tablespoon Baking Soda mixed together.
Lemon juice is an all around great product to treat your nails. It acts as a natural bleach against yellow stains, contains Vitamin C for growth and gives you extra shine.
SOAK 3: NAIL STRENGTHENING REMEDY
Try mixing 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon honey and 1 tablespoon water.
Optional: a few drops essential oil for a more
pleasant smell
Egg yolk gives your nails strengthening protein, while the honey provides anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal properties. The water is just to help the mask spread more easily.
Mix all your ingredients together, slather it on for about ten minutes and wash off with warm water. This mixture can go on your fingers and will protect your cuticles against bacteria.
SOAK 4: EXFOLIATE & HYDRATE
Soak nails in warm sunflower oil for 10min to condition the nail plate and cuticle area, which are prone to dehydration. Then put 1 tsp sugar on to your hands with the oil and rub them together to exfoliate your skin. Rinse. This will remove dead cells and brighten skin as the oil moisturises.
SOAK 5: NAIL HARDENING REMEDY
If you have brittle or discolored nails, soaking them in apple cider vinegar once per day for 15 minutes may help to fix these problems. The nutrients and acids naturally found in ACV are not only great for strengthening nails, they are also known to heal and prevent microbial infections that sometimes cause excessive breakage and yellowing.
SOAK 6: Super Strengthening Nail Soak
Did you know that Gelatin contains collagen like characteristics to strengthen your nails?
Put 1/2 packet of plain gelatin in a small mixing bowl, and pour 1/2 cup boiling water over the gelatin. Mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon or a disposable stirrer. Soak nails for 10 minutes. Then rinse well.
SOAK 7: THE CALCIUM BOOSTER TREATMENT
For this soak, you need 2 egg yolks, ¼ cup milk and 1 tablespoon honey. Mix the ingredients in a small bowl and stir to make a good soak. Soak your nails for about 10 minutes. Rinse them well and apply cuticle oil. Calcium from milk and protein from the eggs will make your nails stronger.
