How to use
  • 1 box: 4 weeks. Can be renewed up to 3 months. After 3 months, take a break of at least 1 month.
  • Significant excess weight can be linked to a slow metabolism. As this process takes time to restart, we advise you to repeat the treatment at least once (i.e., 2 boxes).
  • Best before the date indicated under the box.
  • Close tightly after opening. Store in a cool, dry place.

Symetix provides a maximum of 160 mg of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) extracted from green tea daily. It is recommended not to exceed 800 mg of EGCG per day and not to consume several products containing green tea at the same time.
